This is part of our standard design process. We also prefer to make sure that you are on the same page as us before we go into production. We will send mock ups by email and get a written confirmation that you approve before we start.
It is important that you check over all the details prior to approving. We can't offer refunds or replacements for approved artwork that is wrong.
