For hats we recommend a maximum of 2.15"x3.5" on leather and 2.25"x4" on sub-dye twill patches. Outside these sizes can cause problems with deformation on the front face of the hat.
For clothing the size can be up to 4"x4" depending on the applications.
For beanies the maximum is 2"x3.5"
For bags and accessories it just depends on the application.
